Development of the company In his parents’ house in Tuttlingen, the "town of the healing knives", Walter Storz set up his one-man-firm "Walter Storz am Markt" in the year 1919. First he started off just with the trading of instruments for doctors and dentists. The distribution to dentists in the whole of Germany was ensured by the company’s own sales representatives.
