Dentists from various countries gathered at the Stoma / Storz am Mark headquarters in Liptingen for an international workshop with Dr. Abdelsalam Elaskary, to learn about the Vestibular Socket Therapy (VST) concept. From the start, participants showed strong interest and engagement.

A particular highlight was the guided tour of stoma®’s production facilities. The manufacturing of high-quality dental instruments involves numerous machine-based and manual steps, which were not fully known to some participants. Many saw the instruments “with new eyes” afterwards and gained a deep appreciation for the effort, precision, and care behind each individual tool.

The VST concept itself impressed participants with its innovation and practical relevance. The charismatic speaker presented the content clearly and in a hands-on manner, while the friendly and personal atmosphere in Liptingen fostered exchange among the international guests. The organization by the Stoma Academy was also praised multiple times.

Overall, the workshop offered a successful combination of theoretical input, practical exercises, and exclusive insights into instrument production – an experience that participants described as particularly valuable.
