The Tontarra team had inspired Jonas Kirchner for an apprenticeship as a surgery mechanic and the company Storz am Mark could convince Sergej Nikitin for the apprenticeship as a tool mechanic (specialized in instrument technology). Rabea Harfmann has got the chance to demonstrate her skills during her apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. The commercial trainees improve their knowledge in many areas and they also learn to work independently and for their own response. Tontarra employs all in all 11 apprentices in three different professions, Storz am Mark has 6 trainees in two different professions.
At the occasion of an icebreaker day in the valley of the pirates in Thiergarten, all apprentices, their training managers and managing directors got the chance to prove courage, strength and speed in various challenges. The outdoor program was managed by experienced pirate guides. One of the tasks was to walk on a slackline without touching the ground, to cross the Danube with harnesses and helmets or to climb a tree as fast as possible. During the barbecue with a big pirate smoker the crew could enjoy the twilight and the rich buffet.
