Despite the currently adverse conditions, the atmosphere during these two days was very good. All participants were either vaccinated or recovered and additionally tested (2G+). The course was aimed at dentists, oral surgeons and oral and maxillofacial surgeons who would like to expand their spectrum in the field of implantology, but especially in augmentative surgery and soft tissue management.

"Complex things were pleasantly simplified" was just one participant's feedback, because Dr. Tunkel managed to pass on his knowledge in an easily understandable way during the theoretical part with many interesting case studies. Further highlights for the interested participants were the practical part with stoma instruments on the pig jaw as well as the two live surgeries. The feedback and questions from the participants ensured a good exchange of knowledge.

Dr. Jochen Tunkel has been using stoma® micro-screws for bone augmentations for many years. The micro-screw kit is also part of the newly compiled Concept of Bad Oeynhausen, which also includes kits for basic surgery, micro surgery, implant surgery, perio surgery and apicoectomy. This thought-out instrument concept is intended to make it easier for users to equip their practice and thus also to achieve surgical success.
