Among the invited guests were employees and their partners, members of the founding family, retired and long-time former employees, business partners from the financial and consulting sector and various political representatives. At the entrance each guest received a gilded mirror handle with his name as a gift.

Manager Tina Storz-Mazzeo welcomed all guests and thanked her father for his many years of management of the company and her mother for her support. She also thanked her employees and business partners for the good cooperation. Afterwards Martin Mazzeo, member of the management, showed an outline of the 100-year company history. In advance, however, he reported about the ancestors of the company founder Walter Storz. Already during the time of the great fire in Tuttlingen in 1803, one of his ancestors was town caretaker and later mayor of Tuttlingen. Around the year 1900 further ancestors occupied important offices in the provincial or imperial politics. One of them was even appointed honorary citizen of Tuttlingen.

After showing the company's history, Martin Mazzeo showed the current company situation with existing legal requirements and investments made to secure the site in Liptingen. He also took a look into the future, Stoma / Storz am Mark is already prepared for the new legal requirements. However, the management expressed the wish to the politics, i.a. to monitor compliance with legal requirements even with foreign low-cost suppliers. The following speakers also took up this current topic of the MDR.

Mayor Joachim Löffler cordially congratulated in his greeting on the company anniversary and presented the management with a voucher of a landscaping company, in line with the current community project "Our village shall be more beautiful". Chief Executive of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg Thomas Albiez joined the congratulations in his greeting. He also handed out a certificate on the 100th anniversary to the management, with which the Chamber of Industry and Commerce thanks the company for its contribution to the economic development of the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg region.

Minister Guido Wolf (member of the state parliament) also congratulated on the company anniversary. In his speech, he honored the three generations of managing directors of the family business: in the first place he commemorated company founder Walter Storz, who had a vision in mind and followed it. Furthermore, he mentioned Walter Storz’ son Siegmar Storz, who led the company for years despite all odds, and not least Tina Storz-Mazzeo, current CEO and granddaughter of the company founder, who continues the company in third generation.

An internationally known magician enchanted the guests with his tricks and a lot of humor already during the champagne reception and between the official parts of the evening. He also intrigued his astonished audience during his stage show, where he had a burning cigarette disappear in Minister Wolf's blazer and had it appear in the cigarette box of a spectator, or tied three rings of guests together and dissolved them with wine and fire. A live band accompanied the celebration musically and concluded the evening.
