The 2025 year-end celebration was dedicated to gratitude and togetherness. The management team, Tina Storz-Mazzeo and Martin Mazzeo, welcomed numerous colleagues as well as former employees who have remained connected to the company even after retirement. For the management, the focus was not only on looking back at the year but also on enjoying a relaxed evening together, allowing for personal exchanges with colleagues outside the workplace.

Managing Director Tina Storz-Mazzeo expressed her sincere thanks to all employees for their contributions over the past year. The commitment of each individual is not a given and forms the foundation for the company’s collective success. She also personally introduced the new colleagues who joined the team in 2025.

The evening was accompanied by a slideshow presented by Martin Mazzeo, highlighting memorable moments from the year, including the trainee trip, the summer party, the company’s appearance at the IDS in Cologne, and international events.

A special highlight of the evening was the recognition of long-serving employees: Elke Goedecke has been working in the field service since 2010, covering the Germany Central-West region. Xhevat Bujupi has contributed 20 years of experience in the production of dental instruments. Albrecht Bertsche, still working part-time despite being retired, can look back on 50 years with the company. Each honoree received a small gift as a token of appreciation. Karin Heß, who worked in design and development, was recently retired after 15 years with the company. The celebration emphasized the importance of unity, experience, and long-term commitment.
